Hi Penny, Sorry you have planta fascitis. It's a challenge to get rid of it. I've had it 3 times in each heel, but finally have learned how to get rid of it and prevent it. There is a discussion on plantar fascitis on the club's discussion page, which has some good information on the problem. Hope it's better and you'll back soon!

I know you don't want to go too long without climbing Dreaded Hill, Penny, so if you're missing it, you might want to do the hike on 7/10 at Boat Canyon. There is a Dreaded Hill in disguise on that hike!!! See you soon.

This is a GREAT hike, Penny and you won't miss Dreaded Hill, as there is a mini Dreaded Hill on the hike.
